14. se félicite que la Cour des comptes signale, dans son appréciation spécifique des dépenses administratives et des autres dépenses dans leur ensemble, que les tests effectués quant à la régularité des opérations font ressortir comme nul pour l'échantillon examiné le taux d'erreur le plus probable et conclue que les systèmes de contrôle et de surveillance des dépenses administratives sont efficaces; relève, en outre, avec satisfaction que, selon la Cour des comptes, les paiements effectués en 2012 au titre des dépenses acceptées n'ont pas été affectés par un niveau significatif d'erreur; observe que l'audit a comporté l'examen d'un échantillon de 151 opérations de paiement, à savoir 91 paiements de traitements, pensions et indemnités afférentes, ainsi que 60 paiements concernant des contrats relatifs aux immeubles et autres dépenses, à comparer avec 56 paiements contrôlés en 2011;

Welcomes the fact that the Court of Auditors found, in its specific assessment of the administrative and other expenditure as a whole, that the testing of transactions indicates that the most likely error present in the population is nil and that the supervisory and control systems of the administrative expenditure were assessed as effective; welcomes, furthermore, the fact that the audit by the Court of Auditors indicates that the payments in 2012 of accepted expenditure were not affected by a material level of error; notes that the audit involved an examination of a sample of 151 payment transactions - 91 payments of salaries, pensions and related allowances and 60 payments on contracts relating to buildings and other expenditure - against 56 payments audited in 2011;
