A small vessel lifebuoy has a nominal outside diameter of 610 mm, and the standards and tests for it are those set out in sections 1.2 and 2.1 ( except paragraphs 2.1.1.1, 2.1.1.3, 2.1.1.4 and 2.1.1.7) of the LSA Code, in section 1 of Part 1 of IMO Resolution MSC.81(70), and in the Canadian modifications set out in TP 14475.

405.12 Where a syllabus for a flight training program is not set out in the Personnel Licensing and Training Standards respecting Flight Crew Permits, Licences and Ratings, the Minister shall approve a proposed syllabus for a flight training program if the program meets those standards.
