Je ne demande même pas à M Kuneva de me donner une réponse en personne, car manifestement, elle n’est pas la seule à disposer de l’information, mais tous les renseignements qu’elle m’a fournis sont conformes à ce que nous savions déjà et à ce que le Médiateur sait; pourtant, elle ne nous a toujours pas dit si la Commission – abstraction faite de tout cela et en sachant que le Médiateur, qui connaît le dossier, recommande que la règle soit modifiée – va donner suite à la demande du Médiateur et à la recommandation connexe du Parlement.
I am not even asking Mrs Kuneva to give me an answer personally because, obviously, she is not the one with the information, but all the information she has given me is in line with what we already knew and with what the Ombudsman knows and yet she still has not told us whether the Commission – regardless of all that and knowing that the Ombudsman, who is familiar with the case, is recommending that the rule be changed – is going to act on the Ombudsman’s request and Parliament’s related recommendation.
