The European Commission has decided to approve the creation of PO Nedlloyd Container Line Ltd, a joint venture company which will acquire the deep-sea container shipping businesses and related landside activities of its parents, the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Co and Royal Nedlloyd NV.
