4. La BCE peut exiger que les personnes mentionnées à l’article 11, paragraphe 1, point c), du règlement MSU soient entendues en tant que témoins dans les locaux de la BCE ou en un autre lieu déterminé par la BCE, dans un État membre participant.
4. The ECB may require that the persons mentioned in Article 11(1)(c) of the SSM Regulation, attend as witnesses in the offices of the ECB or any other place in a participating Member State determined by the ECB.
