D’après les faits présentés par divers plaignants, les bovins impliqués dans l’incident rapporté par l’honorable parlementaire se déplaçaient librement à travers une région montagneuse d’Espagne depuis près de cinq ans et ne se trouvaient sous le contrôle d’aucun propriétaire.
According to the facts disclosed by various complainants, the bovine animals involved in the incident referred to by the Honourable Member had been running freely in a mountainous area of Spain for about five years and were not under the control of any owner or being reared for any commercial purpose.
