J’ai écouté attentivement les paroles de mon collègue suédois, M. Fjellner, qui est originaire de Stockholm, à qui je me dois de répondre que je voudrais avoir la confiance requise pour aller dans son pays et y acheter un costume traditionnel fabriqué en Suède avec la certitude qu’il a bel et bien été fabriqué dans ce pays.
I listened carefully to the words of my Swedish colleague, Mr Fjellner, who hails from Stockholm, to whom I feel the need to respond that I would like to have the confidence to go to his country to buy a typical Swedish-made suit in the certainty that it really was made in Sweden.

– (FR) J’ai voté le rapport de mon collègue Suédois Jan Andersson, dans le cadre de la procédure simplifiée, qui confirme la proposition de décision du Parlement européen et du Conseil abrogeant la décision 85/368/CEE du Conseil concernant la correspondance des qualifications de formation professionnelle entre États membres des Communautés européennes qui appelait ces derniers et la Commission à élaborer, ensemble, des descriptions communautaires des exigences professionnelles applicables à des professions déterminées, puis à établir une correspondance entre ces descriptions définies et les qualifications de formation professionnelle reconnues dans les États membres.
– (FR) I voted in favour of the report by my Swedish fellow Member Jan Andersson, under the simplified procedure, which confirms the proposal for a decision of the European Parliament and of the Council repealing Council Decision 85/368/EEC on the comparability of vocational training qualifications between the Member States of the European Community, which called for the Member States and the Commission to cooperate in drawing up Community job descriptions in specified occupations, and then match vocational training qualifications recognised in the Member States with the agreed job descriptions.
