Ce qu'il faut faire, c'est examiner les causes, et elles sont nombreuses et diverses. Je sais que mon collègue de Crowfoot et mon collègue de Calgary, qui est aussi un ancien policier, seraient d'accord avec moi pour dire qu'il y a d'autres facteurs qui sont à l'origine de l'activité criminelle, comme la pauvreté, le manque d'éducation, la mauvaise alimentation, la violence au foyer et ainsi de suite.
