Herbet Bösh, en félicitant notre collègue Mme Brigitte Langenhagen pour le contenu de son rapport, et dire que la question de la simplification et de la transparence de ces programmes - on peut le constater dans le rapport de la Cour des comptes - est de loin la question la plus importante et la plus décisive pour sa réussite.
– (PT) Mr President, I too wish to associate myself with the words of my colleague, Mr Herbert Bösch, congratulating Mrs Langenhagen on the content of her report, and say that the issue of simplifying these programmes and making them more transparent – and this is discussed in the report by the Court of Auditors – is by far the most important and decisive issue for their success.
