Si une nouvelle technologie du XXI siècle est disponible, nous devrions être prêts à l’utiliser et, comme Mme Grabowska vient de le préciser, nous devrions être prêts à la modifier en permanence afin d’utiliser au mieux les moyens dont l’Union européenne dispose autour d’elle.
If new 21st-century technology is available, then we should be prepared to make use of it and, as Ms Grabowska said a few moments ago, we should be prepared to amend it constantly to make the best possible use of what facilities are around the European Union.
