The Authority could not establish in the course of this formal investigation procedure that the beneficiaries of RD aid for Project 40049 ‘Strategic activities within maritime transport and logistics’, Project 138811 ‘AlgOpt’, Project 144265 ‘Shiplog II’ and Project 144214 ‘Library of optimisation routines for scheduling in shipping’ used the aid in contravention with the scheme or of Article 61(3)(c) of the EEA Agreement.

3. The conditions concerning the maritime transport services provided by the consortium and its members, including those relating to the quality of such services and all relevant modifications, shall be made available on request to transport users at reasonable cost and shall be available for examination without cost at the offices of the consortium members, or the consortium itself, and their agents.
