Je suis d'accord avec lui; si on a bien encore deux langues officielles au Canada et si on veut qu'elles soient reconnues au Canada, je pense qu'il est inacceptable que le Parlement ne puisse pas diffuser en langue française à la télévision afin que les personnes malentendantes puissent lire ce qui se dit.
I agree with him; if we do indeed have two official languages in Canada and we want them to be recognized here, I think it is unacceptable that Parliament not be able to broadcast French captioning for television so that the hearing impaired can read what is being said.
