Le 5 juin 2013, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l’article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d’un projet de concentration par lequel l’entreprise Bain Capital Europe Fund III, L.P, qui fait partie de Bain Capital Investors, LLC («Bain Capital», États-Unis) acquiert, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement CE sur les concentrations, le contrôle exclusif de l’entreprise FTE Verwaltungs GmbH («FTE», Allemagne) par achat d'actions.
On 5 June 2013, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the Bain Capital Europe Fund III, L.P, part of Bain Capital Investors, LLC (‘Bain Capital’, USA), acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation sole control over FTE Verwaltungs GmbH (‘FTE’, Germany) by way of a purchase of shares.
