On 18 April, the European Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration by which the undertaking ArcelorMittal Bremen Gmbh, controlled by Luxembourg-based ArcelorMittal SA, intends to acquire direct control of the whole of the undertaking Kokerei Prosper by way of purchase of assets.
