Il reste que je crois fermement que, pour atteindre les buts que le gouvernement s'est fixés, et que nous appuyons tous, il vaudrait mieux qu'il forme un partenariat avec l'industrie sur laquelle il veut exercer un contrôle, même si cela lui répugne, plutôt que d'adopter une attitude antagoniste.
I will be accused of being naive for even suggesting this, but I believe strongly that the aims of the government, which we all share, will be better achieved by being a partner with the industry it wants to control, no matter how reluctant it might be, not an antagonist to it.
