Le 10 mai 2010, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d'un projet de concentration par lequel l’entreprise enviaM Mitteldeutsche Energie AG («enviaM», Allemagne), contrôlée par RWE AG («RWE», Allemagne), acquiert, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement CE sur les concentrations, le contrôle de l'ensemble de l'entreprise Mitgas Mitteldeutsche Gasversogung GmbH («Mitgas», Allemagne) par achat d'actions.
On 10 May 2010, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking(s) enviaM Mitteldeutsche Energie AG (‘enviaM’, Germany), which is controlled by RWE AG (‘RWE’, Germany), acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of the whole of Mitgas Mitteldeutsche Gasversognung GmbH (‘Mitgas’, Germany), by way of purchase of shares.
