Ainsi, je me félicite particulièrement du vote lundi en commission AFCO, lequel a confirmé le texte agréé par les institutions, si le vote tout à l’heure confirme ce même texte entériné par la commission AFCO, cet accord en première lecture pourra évidemment être considéré comme un modèle d’une législation rapide et efficace au niveau européen.
I am therefore particularly delighted with the vote on Monday in the AFCO Committee, which confirmed the text approved by the institutions. If the up-coming vote confirms the same text ratified by the AFCO Committee, we shall be able to consider this agreement at first reading as a model of fast and efficient legislation at European level.
