La question est, à mes yeux, européenne. Peu importe quels États membres possèdent ou non un secteur nucléaire: cette question concerne l’Europe entière, laquelle manque désespérément de bonnes nouvelles.
I think this is a European issue, not a question of which Member States have nuclear industries and which do not: it is an issue for the whole of Europe, and Europe desperately needs good news.
