(A) Whereas this application is based on Article 2(c) of Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006 (EGF Regulation) and relates to 257 workers dismissed in Saint-Gobain Sekurit (SGS) Benelux in the sector of the manufacture of safety glass for the automotive industry in Auvelais, near Sambreville, within the reference period from 31 August 2013 to 31 December 2013;

(3) le 19 décembre 2013, la Belgique a introduit une demande de mobilisation du FEM pour des licenciements intervenus au sein de l'entreprise Saint-Gobain Sekurit Benelux SA, qu'elle a complétée en apportant des informations supplémentaires jusqu'au 4 juillet 2014 – cette demande remplissait les conditions relatives à la fixation du montant des contributions financières énoncées à l'article 10 du règlement (CE) n° 1927/2006; la Commission propose dès lors de mobiliser un montant de 1 339 928 EUR;
(3) Belgium submitted an application to mobilise the EGF, in respect of redundancies in the enterprise Saint-Gobain Sekurit Benelux SA, on 19 December 2013 and supplemented it by additional information up to 4 July 2014. This application complies with the requirements for determining the financial contributions as laid down in Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006.
