For the implementation of the Joint Technology Initiative on "Clean Sky", a Joint Undertaking within the meaning of Article 171 of the Treaty, whose name is "Clean Sky Joint Undertaking", is hereby set up for a period up to 31 December 2017 (hereinafter referred to as "Clean Sky Joint Undertaking").It shall be ensured that after the last call for proposals in 2013 the running projects are implemented, monitored and funded until 2017.The Clean Sky Joint Undertaking is a body as referred to in Article 185 of the Financial Regulation and Point 47 of the IIA of 17 May 2006.

Chaque initiative technologique conjointe sera adoptée séparément, sur la base de l'article 171 du traité (ce qui peut impliquer la création d'une entreprise commune) ou sur la base des décisions arrêtant les programmes spécifiques conformément à l'article 166, paragraphe 3, du traité.
