La Commission européenne a autorisé le groupe Industri Kapital à acquérir le holding suédois Alfa Laval , qui appartient au groupe Tetra Pak . The European Commission has authorised the acquisition by Industri Kapital Group of Swedish company Alfa Laval Holding, which belongs to the Tetra Pak Group, as the absence of overlaps between the companies' activities led the European Union's executive to conclude to the absence of any competition concerns.
