Le présent pourvoi est dirigé contre l’ordonnance rendue par le Tribunal de la fonction publique le 18 juin 2013, par laquelle a été rejeté, en tant qu’irrecevable, un recours ayant pour objet l’annulation de la décision de la Commission européenne rejetant la demande introduite par le requérant le 16 août 2011 et tendant au paiement de la somme de 3 316,31 euros au titre des dépens exposés dans l’affaire ayant donné lieu à l’arrêt du Tribunal du 15 février 2011, Marcuccio/Commission (F-81/09).
The present appeal is brought against the order of the Civil Service Tribunal of 18 June 2013 dismissing as manifestly inadmissible an action for (i) annulment of the Commission’s decision rejecting the appellant’s request of 16 August 2011 and for (ii) payment of the sum of EUR 3 316,31 in respect of part of the costs incurred for the purposes of Case F-81/09 Marcuccio v Commission.
