Ce que la Cour suprême du Canada a dit dans son avis consultatif, c’est qu’étant donné que cette question avait été tranchée par huit cours d’appel provinciales, elle n’avait nullement l’intention de donner à entendre que son jugement pourrait retirer aux Canadiens les droits que leur ont conférés ces jugements, affirmant ainsi nettement qu’elle y souscrivait.
What the Supreme Court of Canada said in its advisory opinion was that this matter had been ruled on by eight provincial Courts of Appeal and that they had no intention in any way of suggesting that their judgment would interrupt the rights that had been conferred on Canadians by those judgments, thereby clearly saying that they agreed with those judgments.
