Si les rouages de la justice tournent lentement et s'il existe un risque que l'habitat de l'espèce soit en danger, rendant ainsi vulnérable cette espèce, étant donné le temps qu'il faut pour avancer avec le projet de loi.Je pense que quelqu'un a soulevé un point très important: il nous faut une mesure intérimaire pour protéger les habitats essentiels en attendant qu'ils soient analysés dans le détail et qu'une décision adéquate soit rendue.
If the wheels of justice move slowly and the risk is there that the habitat the species lives on may be endangered, therefore making the species at risk vulnerable, in the time it takes to move forth on this legislation.I think somebody has raised a valid point that we need an interim step to protect this critical habitat while it can be analysed in detail to make a proper assessment.
