Je dois reconnaître que le sujet de la normalisation européenne m’a particulièrement interpellée lorsque j’étais rapporteur du Parlement européen pour le financement de la normalisation européenne, et c’est toujours ce que je ressens aujourd’hui, ici, au Parlement européen.
I must admit that the subject of European standardisation became close to my heart when I was the European Parliament’s rapporteur for the financing of European standardisation, and I still feel the same way about it now here in the European Parliament.
