Le Conseil a notamment souligné qu'il importait que des progrès soient réalisés parallèlement sur les aspects politiques et économiques et sur les questions touchant à la sécurité, qu'une amélioration intervienne immédiatement en ce qui concerne la situation humanitaire et sociale, que des élections soient organisées et qu'une nouvelle réunion ministérielle internationale soit convoquée en temps utile.
The Council stressed in particular the need for parallel progress on political, economic and security issues, the need for immediate improvement in the humanitarian and social situation, the holding of elections and the convening of a further International Ministerial meeting at the appropriate time.
