Nouvel article 12.1 Rick Laliberté propose, Que le projet de loi C-48 soit modifié par adjonction, après la ligne 11, page 7, du nouvel article suivant " 12.1 Il est interdit de faire l'aquaculture des poissons dans les aires marines de conservation et que cette interdiction soit réexaminée dans 5 ans" .
On New Clause12.1 Rick Laliberté moved, That the Bill be amended by striking out line 12, on page 7 and substituting with the following therefor: " 12.1 No person shall conduct finfish aquaculture within a marine conservation area and this prohibition be reviewed in a five year period" .
