Le nouvel instrument ciblera aussi expressément les enfants, parce qu’ils pâtissent davantage de la pauvreté que le reste de la population et souffrent de formes de privation matérielle qui réduisent leurs chances de bien s’en sortir à l’école, d’être en bonne santé et de parvenir, une fois adultes, à s’épanouir pleinement.
The new instrument will also explicitly target children because they are more exposed to poverty than the rest of the population and suffer from forms of material deprivation that make them less likely than their better-off peers to do well at school, enjoy good health and realise their full potential as adults.
