Il est tout bonnement incroyable que, durant l’année de l’élargissement et de l’adoption d’une nouvelle constitution - sans parler des élections européennes -, l’idée de réduire ou de supprimer le financement de ces institutions emblématiques puisse même nous venir à l’esprit.
It just seems incredible that in the year of enlargement and of the adoption of a new Constitution – not to mention the European elections – we should even be thinking about reducing or dropping funding for these emblematic institutions.
