La convention Eurocontrol révisée ne devrait être ratifiée qu’après la réalisation des réformes internes indispensables d’Eurocontrol et la création d’un cadre institutionnel approprié clarifiant son rôle dans l’architecture du ciel unique européen, notamment la possibilité qu’Eurocontrol exécute certaines tâches relatives à la réalisation du ciel unique européen au nom de la Communauté.
The ratification of the revised Eurocontrol Convention should only take place after the necessary internal reforms of Eurocontrol are achieved and an appropriate institutional framework is established which clarifies its role in the SES architecture, including the possibility for Eurocontrol to carry out certain tasks for the Community in the achievement of the SES.
