In the case of framework agreements within the meaning of Article 1(9 ), the notices referred to in Article 39 (1) and (2) shall also be marked "framework agreement" and shall indicate the planned duration specifying, where appropriate, the grounds justifying duration of the framework agreement of more than three years, the expected number and where appropriate the maximum number of economic operators, the estimated total value of the supplies, services or works for the entire duration and, as a guideline, the value and frequency of the contracts to be awarded.
