S'est également exprimée à la conférence une grande inquiétude que si nous ne prenions pas bientôt certaines dispositions en ce domaine, nous risquions de devenir sur le plan numérique, une colonie un peu comme nous l'étions il y a 40 ou 50 ans avant la création des trois conseils et les efforts que nous avons consentis au cours des années 1960 et 1970.
There was a great concern at the conference that if we didn't act soon on some things we would become a digital colony, and a colony not unlike the country experienced maybe 40, 50 years ago prior to the formation of the tri-councils and all the efforts that were made during the 1960s and 1970s.
