La Commission européenne a approuvé la création d'une entreprise commune entre Sabre Holdings Corporation (États-Unis), qui exploite un système informatisé de réservation (SIR), et la société de marketing allemande Otto Versand GmbH Co. La nouvelle société, dénommée Travelocity Europe, sera une agence de voyage virtuelle qui offrira ses services à la clientèle européenne.
The European Commission has approved the creation of a joint venture between Sabre Holdings Corporation (USA), which operates a computerised reservation system (CRS ), and German marketing company Otto Versand GmbH Co. The new company, called Travelocity Europe, will be a virtual travel agency offering services to European customers.
