(21) Le holding HFB Holding für Fernwärmetechnik Beteiligungsgesellschaft est constitué sous forme de «GmbH Co. KG», c'est-à-dire une société en commandite simple dans laquelle une société à responsabilité limitée joue le rôle d'associé commandité (Komplementär) tenu indéfiniment et personnellement responsable des dettes de la société; les autres associés commanditaires (Kommanditisten) ne sont responsables que jusqu'à concurrence d'un certain montant.
(21) The holding entity HFB Holding für Fernwärmetechnik Beteiligungsgesellschaft is constituted as a 'GmbH Co KG`, i.e. a limited partnership with a private limited liability company acting as the general partner (Komplementär) with personal liability; the other individual partners (Kommanditisten) are liable only up to a specified sum.
