Entre-temps, la Commission en est néanmoins arrivée à la conclusion que certaines dispositions de la loi grecque semblent également être contraires à la libre prestation des services, à la liberté d’établissement et être en violation de la directive 98/34/CE qui oblige les États membres à notifier les projets de règlements et de règles techniques relatifs aux services de la société de l’information.
In the meanwhile the Commission has however come to the conclusion that certain provisions of the Greek law appear to be also contrary to the freedom to provide services, the freedom of establishment as well as to Directive 98/34/EC which obliges Member States to notify draft technical regulations and rules on Information Society Services.
