Cela étant dit, je ne peux que souscrire à la nécessité de fournir aux citoyens la plus grande quantité possible d’informations sur le projet de Constitution et d’adopter un calendrier coordonné pour la ratification de la Constitution à proprement parler, dans l’espoir que tous les citoyens européens auront le droit et la possibilité de participer à ce stade du processus constitutionnel par le biais d’un référendum populaire organisé dans tous les États membres.
