Apart from these two components, the Government has defined the flanking measures which it will take in order to achieve the following aims: (a) develop infrastructure; electricity, telecommunications, roads, ports, airports; (b) tax reform: application of laws and standards (c) promoting private investment (revising the investment code, making administrative procedures more flexible, creating a specialized import/export information centre (d) promoting foreign trade - application of incentive measures to stimulate exports (e) reducing state expenditure by eliminating superfluous costs.
