Selon la décision administrative, l'octroi de la subvention était soumis à la condition que l'entreprise n'utilise l'entrepôt que pour le triage de déchets recyclables et continue d'employer des personnes défavorisées pendant vingt-cinq ans au minimum. Au cas où ces conditions ne seraient pas respectées, GAV devrait rembourser immédiatement la subvention.
According to its administrative decision, however, the subsidy was granted with the proviso that the firm should use the building only for the sorting of recyclable waste and that it should continue to employ disadvantaged people for at least 25 years. If that condition was not met, GAV would have to repay the subsidy immediately.
