La Communauté y contribuera pour un tiers, les États membres et la Norvège fourniront 200 millions d'euros et 200 autres millions d'euros seront apportés par le secteur privé, des entreprises de RD, des fondations et organismes caritatifs ainsi que les fonds communautaires de développement (FED ou ligne budgétaire spécifique).
One third of the budget will be contributed by the Community, whereas another EUR 200 million will be provided by Member States and Norway with an additional EUR 200 million expected from the private sector, RD industry, foundations and charities, and Community development funds (EDF or special budget line).
