Le CTIP ainsi que la FNMF invoquent également la compatibilité de la deuxième mesure sur pied de l’article 107, paragraphe 3, point c), du TFUE en précisant que celle-ci serait destinée à faciliter le développement du marché de la prévoyance sans altérer les conditions des échanges dans une mesure contraire à l’intérêt commun.
The CTIP, like the FNMF, also invokes the compatibility of the second measure on the basis of Article 107(3)(c) TFEU, stating that it is intended to facilitate the development of the personal protection market without adversely affecting trading conditions to an extent contrary to the common interest.
