Les accords doivent aussi servir à la Communauté quant à l’établissement, au sein de forums internationaux , d’alliances stratégiques en vue d’accomplir des progrès effectifs dans la lutte contre la pêche illégale, le plus grand fléau auquel soient confrontés la pêche durable et l’avenir du secteur.
Agreements must also serve the Community in terms of establishing strategic alliances within international fora with a view to making effective progress in the fight against illegal fishing, which is the greatest scourge faced by sustainable fishing and the future of fisheries.
