Si cet accord est signé malgré l’absence de réformes concomitantes pour améliorer le statut économique et social des immigrants, nous ne ferons qu’enfreindre davantage encore les droits de l’homme, ce qui implique que nous cautionnerons le retour forcé des immigrants dans des conditions qui n’assurent nullement leur sécurité ni un mode de vie relativement acceptable.
If such an agreement is signed without any concomitant reforms to improve the social and economic circumstances of immigrants, this will add to the continuing infringements of human rights, meaning that we shall be advocating the forced return of immigrants to conditions which do not guarantee their safety or minimum acceptable living standards.
