En ce qui concerne les bénéfices, faute d’opérations rentables réalisées par la société et comme il était impossible d’utiliser les bénéfices d’autres producteurs-exportateurs chinois pour la même catégorie générale de produits, une marge bénéficiaire de 5 % a été appliquée pour la construction de la valeur normale, conformément à l’article 2, paragraphe 6, point c), du règlement de base.
In regard to profit, in the absence of profitable transactions of the company and lack of possibility of using profits for the same general category of products of other Chinese exporting producers, a profit margin of 5 % was applied for the construction of normal value in accordance with Article 2(6)(c) of the basic Regulation.
