Quand on nous dit que si l'on fait quelque chose pour les chantiers maritimes, il faudra forcément le faire pour d'autres industries, j'en conclus que nous nous lançons sur les marchés internationaux sans vraiment comprendre comment il faut prendre part au jeu. Il nous faut forcément prendre en compte les réalités auxquelles telle ou telle industrie peut se trouver confrontée.
The argument that if we do it for shipbuilding, we have to do it for every other industry says to me that we're not involved in the global marketplace with a true understanding of how we must be a part of that global marketplace. It can't be without a recognition of the realities that a specific industry may face.
