La Commission a octroyé une exemption au titre de l'article 85 paragraphe 3 du Traité CEE pour une durée de dix ans concernant un contrat de coopération entre la société suédoise Akerlund Rausing et la société allemande Europa Carton Aktiengesellschaft, relatif à l'exploitation et la commercialisation dans certains Etats membres de la Communauté d'un nouveau procédé et d'un nouveau type d'emballage, dénommé Cekacan.
The Commission has granted a ten-year exemption under Article 85(3) of the EEC Treaty in respect of a cooperation agreement between the Swedish company Akerlund Rausing and the German company Europa Carton Aktiengesellschaft concerning the exploitation and marketing in certain member states of the Community of a new method and a new type of packaging known as Cekacan.
