L'Italie a expliqué qu'au moment de la signature des contrats, So.Ge.A.AL escomptait que Meridiana atteindrait le niveau minimum requis du trafic de passagers et, dès lors, que Meridiana renouvellerait le contrat marketing (et par conséquent d'assistance en escale) avec So.Ge.A.AL à des conditions similaires.
Italy explained that at the time of signing the agreements, So.Ge.A.AL expected that Meridiana would deliver the required minimum level of passenger traffic, and therefore that Meridiana would renew the marketing (and consequently the handling) agreement with So.Ge.A.AL on similar terms.
