So what we should do, perhaps, Mr. Chair, is agree on the five-minute opening statement for the witness first, if there is an agreement on that, and then move and entertain, possibly, a compromise between the ten and the three that I am proposing and the eight my colleague is proposing and see if we can come up with something that is workable, with the understanding that we could revisit it at a later date, within six months or so, and see if it's not working.
