La Commission européenne a clôturé officiellement ce jour la procédure judiciaire engagée le 17 janvier 2012 contre la Hongrie, qui avait contraint environ 274 juges et procureurs à partir à la retraite de manière anticipée (IP/12/24).
The European Commission has today formally closed the legal proceedings launched against Hungary on 17 January 2012 over the country’s forced early retirement of around 274 judges and public prosecutors (IP/12/24).
