La Commission européenne a approuvé la création d'une entreprise commune de nature concentrative entre deux opérateurs de télécommunications, soit British Telecom et Tele Danmark, et trois entreprises suisses, soit SBB (la société nationale de chemin de fer), Migros (une chaine de supermarchés) et L'Union de Banque Suisse, qui assurera l'opération du deuxième système national de télécommunications en Suisse.
The Commission has approved a concentrative joint venture between two telecoms operators - British Telecom and Tele Danmark - and three Swiss companies - SBB (the national railway company), Migros (a supermarket chain) and Union Bank of Switzerland - which will operate the second national telecomunnications system in Switzerland.
