Après ces analyses, la Commission considère que Taïwan (101) constitue une référence appropriée compte tenu de l'ensemble des éléments du dossier: i) le niveau de développement économique et la structure économique de Taïwan et des provinces et de la municipalité chinoises (102) où sont établis les producteurs-exportateurs ayant coopéré; ii) la proximité géographique de ces deux provinces chinoises avec Taïwan; iii) le développement important des infrastructures à Taïwan et dans ces deux provinces chinoises; iv) les liens économiques étroits et les échanges commerciaux transfrontaliers intenses entre Taïwan et la RPC; v) la densité de population similaire des provinces chinoises concernées et de Taïwan; vi) la similarité entre les types de terrains et de transactions utilisés pour construire la référence pertinente se rapportant à Taïwan et les types observés en RPC; vii) les caractéristiques démographiques, linguistiques et culturelles communes à Taïwan et à la RPC.
After such analyses the Commission considers Taiwan (101) as an appropriate benchmark because of the totality of the information on the file i.e (i) the level of economic development and economic structure prevailing in Taiwan and the relevant Chinese provinces and city (102) where the co-operating exporting producers are established, (ii) the physical proximity of these two Chinese provinces with Taiwan, (iii) the high degree of infrastructure that both Taiwan and these two Chinese provinces have, (iv) the strong economic ties and cross border trade between Taiwan and the PRC, (v) the similar density of population in the Chinese provinces concerned and in Taiwan, (vi) the similarity between the type of land and transactions used for constructing the relevant benchmark in Taiwan with those in the PRC and (vii) the common demographic, linguistic and cultural characteristics in both Taiwan and the PRC.
